Serenity Lane has been one of the largest providers of SUD services in Oregon for over 50 years. Most of those in the recovery community and behavioral health professions are already aware of them. SoCal Teen Treatment focuses on inclusive programming with a particular emphasis on the many teens struggling with mental health and identity on the West Coast. Compelling graphics showcasing teens and their problems grab attention and attract parents to learn more about the program.

SUN Behavioral treats a diverse array of individuals across social, income, and age spectrums. Like many psych hospitals, SUN has a limited marketing budget. Circle Social needed to create broad campaigns designed to showcase how they serve a multitude of backgrounds and needs in the community without the expense of separate campaigns. Memorable brand imagery was incorporated into campaigns to help stay top of mind.

Alta Mira's multidisciplinary team of PhDs treats clinically complex cases that other providers cannot. Alta Mira further stands out from its competition by employing renowned clinicians and deploying an array of psychometrically validated assessments. Through focused campaigns targeting high value referral sources, Circle Social emphasized their clinicians' ability to treat complex cases resulting in a 3-fold increase of online admissions.

Residential and outpatient levels of care for those struggling with serious mental illness are hard to find. A Mission for Michael was unique in being a first mover to offer these kinds of services, which was an opportunity and a challenge. Since most people are unfamiliar with these levels of care, ads needed to both inform and educate, so were designed to drive interest to comprehensive landing pages where patients and families could learn more.
